Amen. There's a reason we're called their help mate, because they need our help and support. Isn't it wild that after everything God created (and it was good) the only thing that God saw as not good was the fact that Adam was alone?? If I don't do what I'm supposed to do, it makes it almost impossible for him to fulfill his role. I believe there is that much of a weight on us as women. A feminist would rage at that statement but humble yourselves and submit yourselves to God and the Scriptures and you'll see that His way is true. A EXCELLENT sermon called "husbands and wives" by Derek Prince gave me a lot to chew on, check it out: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/frqflqd8ud7MhZ8.html

I know that you have stated that you speak a lot to the black community in your videos because of the lack of black house wives. I want to tell you that I am not be a black house wife but you still inspire me so much. I went ten years raising two boys on my own do to divorce that was not my cause. I cried so hard when that marriage ended. I never wanted to divorce. Ever. But it happened. I was starting to think I would never find a guy again let alone a good one. Last year I married again and can now stay at home with my children and homeschool them. The balance he has brought into our lives is incredible. Boys and young men need to hear the voice of a man in discipline. My boys have grown so much in just the year we have been married. I can not thank him enough. You are helping me be a better wife to him for all he does for us. Thank you so much. You touched my life. I am trying hard to adjust to a male running this household and not me. I need this as much as my boys do. My God continue to bless you and your family.

My husbands face lights up every time that I tell him that he is a great provider and protector of our family. I think it’s important for wives to build up their husbands strengths and accomplishments. Criticism won’t make your husband feel respected, and over time constant criticism will only push them away.

I love the way you explain the power and beauty of a woman in that we “get” to serve our husbands. Its so hard coming from a family of strong women who push “I don’t need a man”. I GET to be the wind beneath his sails. Its such a wonderful reminder. My husband said a couple of months ago “I finally feel like a man.” I cried. I’ve battled with my femininity for so long because I didn’t have an example but I want him to be happy. I want him to feel loved and needed at home. I LOVE this content. I’m so thankful to be able to stay at home and to have released the idea that it makes me weak.

Thanks for sharing this. My mother was also a strong woman. She had to be because she married a lazy man. All I saw growing up was a strong woman who ran the show & it's carried over into my marriage. We've been married for 23 years & I'm finally making changes after watching this video series. My husband is so happy. I'm trying to let go and just be how God wants me to be as a wife. I have felt guilty for staying home, but now I'm starting to be released from the guilt.

We as women have been groomed by modern day society to embrace The whole “i don’t need no man” jargon myself included as a matter of fact I have been preaching this to my husband from day one, however truth be told I not only want my man but I need him we have three kids what business do I have telling him I don’t need him when in fact he is the pillar that holds the family together. I cannot possibly do this by myself not easily at least our family runs the smoothly because he’s present and active in our lives. I am blessed to have a husband that’s amazing wonderful and lovely and I’m such a fool for not appreciating his necessity in my marriage and carrying on an attitude that I can do this by myself I’ve been a fool😖

I was watching another Christian channel the couple said we forget about how marriage should also reflect the gospel in different ways, in the sense as we as the bride of Christ are to not worry about what we should eat or drink. As wives to our husband, he is the provider and leader, the lady shouldn’t have worries n concerns he is the protector of the family. Like point 2! The gospel in marriage ☺️

I'm in my first year of marriage to a wonderful Godly man and everything you listed I'm right in the process of learning (some have been the hard way 😖). But all I can say is this is true, 100%. God's ways are SO much higher, SO much better 🙌🏽 and ultimately these things are my act of submission to Him. "The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the Lord are RIGHT, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes." -Psalm 19 Bless you sis ❤

"I DON'T NEED A MAN" - the key is although you may not..... there's no need to VERBALIZE IT to him. Because quite frankly...."HE DOESN'T NEED YOU EITHER" I will say.... ladies .. please don't feel some kinda way if you feel this way. We all have very UNIQUE circumstances that might lead us to believe that we don't need a man. MINE- Already having the children I wanted, financially stable, spent 1/2 my life being a wife in a bad previous marriage and being in a place of peace, joy and fulfillment and not really in a rush to serve a man again. I was cool..... God filled every void. God made me whole in ways money couldnt. Some of us DON'T need men at certain stages of life and we live out the rest of our days walking with the Lord... AND THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. But, if you do remarry.... you WILL need your husband for SOMETHING...even if it's something small. Otherwise... what's the PURPOSE of your marriage? Our marriages not only benefit us but they are one of God's tools to bring GLORY to his name. It exemplifies Jesus' relationship with his people (husband and wife). You'll find small things you didnt realize you needed that your hubby will provide. And he too will find things he needed from you. By the world's standard I was an established woman when I remarried. Yet, I learned that I still need my husband.....God uses him to expose my own flaws and areas in need of growth (i.e patience, long suffering, pridefullness, sloughfulness, lack of discipline, etc.).... and I grow deeper in my relationship with God because of it. Nothing like learning patience by dealing with someone that works your nerve. God teaches us his best lessons using the very people in our lives that we seemingly don't need for anything😉

Your videos have been a blessing. I’m newly married and started binging your videos recently. Most of our arguments have been about control in some way. Since you mentioned submitting and serving your husband as your service to God, and the way you broke it down spoke to me. I already knew I should submit, but it was so difficult because of what I’ve learned through the culture. Since I’ve been trying to do the things you suggest I’ve noticed a BIG difference in my marriage. My husband is definitely happier and so am I because I’m not stressing the small stuff.

Adam not being there to safeguard Eve from the wiles of the devil via the serpent has created a subconscious sense of inadequacy that causes men to question their inherent protective capabilities. Points made in this video referencing the literature are key to healing wounds of original sin and restoration of our husband's views of themselves in the light of Christ Yeshua. Shalom and Amen 🙏🏾

Another really good book is The Empowered Wife by Laura Doyle. It is a fantastic book and she also brings up the idea of how being happy is very important for a wife. Our husbands need us to be happy. In olden times, if a wife was upset, that means that her husband was not adequately meeting her needs. She was hungry, unsafe, etc. If our husbands are meeting all of our essential needs, why aren't we happy? Choose to be happy. Do things that make you happy. Obviously, don't indulge all day in things that make you happy. We must still do our chores and the boring things that make life run, but be sure to practice self care, do some fun hobbies, and remember that life is good. Your husband will appreciate it.

I purchased two copies of this book shortly after it was published. One copy i sent to my sister in law, maybe five years into their marriage and a copy to my ex-girlfriends daughter who got married about two years into their marriage. Both are Christian. My brother and sister in law are now divorced, she was offended when the book arrived, my ex's daughter read it and loved it. They are still married, but having difficulties. I should probably buy her another copy and tell her to brush up, but in her defense she recently got diagnosed with a mental thing (i don't recall what it is, some germ phobia and its taken a toll on the marriage

Last thing you said about it is a privilege to be your husband's wife and we have the honor of encouraging him to reach to be his best self. Reminds me of how a marriage is a mini symbol of God with His perfected church. He honors us and we honor Him. Also, the time to witness for God, or our husband's in the case of an actual marriage is most profound in weakness. When the saints are persecuted and when our marriage is attacked from the outside and from within we have to stand firm in our faith and prove our love for Him. It is written that Love will triumph over evil. It starts within and it is a narrow road to the end. God will be faithful to bless all of us His daughters.

I have to agree with the person who made a comment a while ago about how intelligent and wise you are. This is absolutely mind-blowing to hear in the 21st century from an American woman. I would even add an American Christian woman. These kinds of talks should be happening all the time in churches. So many marriages experience unnecessary roughness because of ignorance. There's a whole lot more I could say but I will just say I am already sharing your videos and I will stay tuned. This video is so frustrating for me to watch.... I couldn't even finish it. Not because you're wrong or offending me, but because you're right and I'm so heartbroken that none of these things are present in my relationship, despite my desiring them so strongly! I've been praying and praying for God to turn the heart of my husband toward biblical manhood, but there's been little to no progress.... I am at a loss. He doesn't want to be needed, he doesn't want to have a good job, he doesn't want a partnership, he doesn't want intimacy, and he looks down on me and calls me weak for desiring these things.

I'm in the middle of watching this video and I'm just realising where I've been going wrong, even though I proclaim myself to be a good Christian Woman..ouch.What hurts even more is that he's been trying to highlight these matters but guess it was just a phase of being fleshy and it needs NOW cause actually hearing it from another woman,it says a lot.Thank you so much bindi.Bless you🌼

Man! I think that’s soooo true. (4:23min) I see that in my family, the way some of them speak to each other, and I am for sure guilt of slipping up as well. But PTL it’s gotten better over the years, what’s huge difference. At lest between my husband and I. So much more respect. 💜

The question I have for you is how can a woman break a husband unless the man is not a proper man. What defines a man is Knowledge, if a man doesn't have knowledge, he will live as a servant in his kingdom.

So I have ordered 2 books that you recommended. this one for starters and then i ordered fascinating womanhood. I have loved both. I have learned so much, been convicted of so much and I've already had a huge improvement in my marriage that was already pretty wonderful but needed some tweaks. It is really funny that I have told other women about these books and talked about taking ownership and responsibility for some of my husband's behaviors and they get defensive for me 🤣 It reminds me of when you are talking about the ugly Reviews of these books on amazon. Some women are not ready to hear this..

Sadly there is men saying or showing, that they respect a woman less, if she is too agreeable. I always wondered, how it makes sense. I thought making peace is a good thing. The verse in the bible says: a man will leave his father and mother and hang unto his woman. Adam folliws Eve. But the bible says the man is head of the woman and Christ the head of the man. And it says they should both see how they could please each other...as no man has ever hated his own flesh... when we marry we are ONE flesh

Wow. I am new to your channel and have watched 2 video so far. They have brought me many aha moments and has motivated me to start making some small changes that will positvely affect my husband. We have a bit of a different situation where I work full time in a corporate job (from my home office) and we do not have children, but many ideas to make positive changes in our household and relationship. I'm sure initially my husband will question what is going on, but I am hopeful that once the shock wears off, that it will be good for both of us!

It’s not that we as men don’t respond well to criticism. Because we’re constantly under the microscope of criticism from life n general. However, the offense we may take when our women do it is normally from a standpoint that women tend to become catty with their criticism & nitpicky while neglecting any positive affirmations or appreciation. And it’s also about the way a woman goes about it as well. A man that loves his wife can and will most definitely receive criticism for his wife if she’s not condescending, or trying to usurp authority over him because he made a boo boo. After all he’s still the head so there’s a certain level of grace and respect you should approach him with.
