Saaphyri is a natural. The fact that she doesn't have media training, but she keeps the interviewers on their toes.

After watching so many Fallen State episodes I've seen so many people change their views and beliefs by what the media has told them about the culture, history, science of this country. People have access to facts and truth right now through the internet but what's troubling is that most people don't want the facts and truth they just want what's trending and popular.

She's very pleasant. I like her voice.

A pigeon problem on the balconies of the building where I live told me the reality of begging. Some day a smart neighbor started feeding some pigeons, and suddenly they became a plague in our building. Shitting everywhere and begging for food. It is obvious that to get rid of the pigeon's problem the first thing you do is to stop feeding them. A few weeks after nobody fed them they went away and tried to find food in a different way. The more you give for free, the more pigeons will ask for this free stuff. Why do we think it will be different with people? If we sponsor begging behavior we are not going to solve the begging problem, we are just going to increase it. The more we give away things for free the more people will try to get this free stuff... If we want to create a responsible society, we need to stop giving things away for free.

No Jessie, it’s not about women getting paid the same for working “as hard.” The question is are they as efficient because I can tell you as a contractor they aren’t when it comes to jobs that require strength and athletic ability. They aren’t carrying 200lb men down ladders or taking them down in the streets like male firefighters and police, nor are they carrying 80lb bags of concrete, large bundles of wood, or multiple sheets of 4’x8’ sheet rock around all day at the same pace. They can work twice as hard only to get injured or simply not keep up and that is a fact. We see this play out in sports when compared male athletes to female athletes. For instance, female WNBA players get a fraction of what NBA players make simply because they can’t entertain at the same level, not due to discrimination.
