I was wondering what to show this week and my friend asked for cookies. Then I thought of this wonderful and super simple recipe that I had for a few years, I convert it into TM method because I am only left with this machine at home to work on. But, you don’t really need a machine for this recipe, just ensure that the butter is in room temperature, use spatula to mix with icing sugar and then add the rest of the ingredient.
Ingredient: -
- 170g unsalted butter
- 75g icing sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 lemon zest
- 240g all-purpose flour
- 2g salt
Method:-
1. add butter and icing sugar into mixing bowl, 25sec/SP3.5
2. add vanilla bean paste, 15sec/SP5.5
3. add half of the flour, lemon zest and salt, 10sec/SP4
4. add remaining flour, 10sec/SP4
5. shape the dough and stick-on sugar
5. slice cookie dough, bake 170°C, 15 - 18 min depending on your oven
* if the dough get soften at step 5 and 6, keep dough in fridge for 10 min and continue
当我正在想这周该煮什么时，刚好朋友提了要学做饼干。我就想起了这一个法式钻石饼干食谱。给很久没做了，之前没有美善品就直接用刮刀，现在有了美善品就让我显摆吧。
材料:-
- 无盐黄油 170克
- 糖粉75克
- 香草膏 0.5茶匙
- 中筋面粉 240克
- 柠檬皮2粒
- 盐 2克
做法：-
1. 加黄油和糖粉入主锅，25秒/速度3.5
2. 加香草膏，15 秒/速度5.5
3. 加一半的面粉，柠檬皮和盐，10 秒/速度4
4. 加入剩余的面粉，10 秒/速度4
5. 将面团压实做成长筒形， 粘上糖
6.切片， 烘烤170°C， 15 - 18 分钟，因炉而异
*如果在第5或第6的某个阶段，面团太软了， 就直接把面团放进冰箱冷藏10分钟即可
