if done correctly this can be better than a cavitation. Too much spine twisting can make the ligaments of the spine loose overtime. Stability and balance is the main goal. Very good video.

Nice! Learning so much. I do something similar with a push/pull technique by pulling on the ASIS and pushing on the isheum while the hip is in extreme flexion. I approach from the posterior while the client is side lying.

Due to the dysfunction here being an anteriorly rotated innominate, it's potentially due to a muscle imbalance. You could potentially give them exercises to strengthen muscles that posteriorly rotate the innominate like their hamstrings. Over time, hopefully there will be a balance and their pelvis won't have as significant as a tilt.

In my experience, 3 to 6 weeks depending on much the pt is engaged. I always strengthen the glutes on the Anterior rotated innominate bone. I had a lady runner who was told by chiropractor that she would never run again...oops he was wrong. 😂

Do you have any exercises one could do by themselves? My right side of the sacrum has been popping out causing annoying issues. Like it's rotated clockwise. I've used bands to put on my feet and lay on my back and flex one leg to my chest while the other is out to put resistance on upper quads and hip flexor to hopefully bring it more forward.
