Sade was actually a British R and B band not a Jazz band. She is English and her father is Nigerian and her mom is welsh. she is quite a beauty. She is one of those people who looks exactly like both of her parents.

They have African inspired beats mostly paying tribute to her homeland. Just for clarification, the name of the band is "Sade". Sade Adu is the lead singer of the band. I've seen this group in concert and not only is Ms. Adu great live performer, but the band itself is really amazing!! Its really an experience with the live instruments and the musicianship which is underrated for this great group. This group has a vast catalogue with so many bangers. I recommend the songs Your Love Is King, Smooth Operator, Hang On to Your Love, Paradise, No Ordinary Love, Kiss Of Life, Cherish The Day, By Your Side, and Soldier of Love. And that's just to name a few.

Sade is one of my All time favorite artist. She studied as a fashion desighner and did some modeling. She designed outfits for Spandau Ballet, a London band which was one of the most successful groups of the 80's. My favorite song by them is called "True". She just has that "IT" factor. Legit one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen. I was in love at a very young age lol my mom introduced me to her music very early on. I didn’t appreciate it fully til I got older. U should look up the interview of snoop talking about being at her concert and being asked to come meet her. Her turns into a little boy talking about and he said if there is one artist he could work with it would be her without a second in-between the question and the answer. Its not that old the interview either. The amount of men at her concerts is insane totally falling all over themselves. Beautiful English/ Nigerian woman with such talent. ❤ her forever.

It has always confused me that she fronts the band SADE but most folks refer to her as Sade. Anyway, she has one speed and that's smooooooth. She's English and is a bona fide legend here in the states. Interesting that you picked up on her mysterious factor...she's definitely that. 1989 working at the summer pool and just got back from Atlanta GA. No one had heard of her Sade. It was then I realized the South gets things the North had not gotten yet. 3 months later she was up North blowing up the airwaves.
