See how to fix the issue with the SADP tool not showing Hikvision cameras. To fix the provlem you need to check the cable connection, make sure the devices are in the same VLAN and check the Windows firewall. #bestsecuritydevices

Thanks. My cameras are LV-PB912F4C bullets and LV-PD51208C dome cameras, all connected to a PoE switch. When I connect my laptop to the same switch and run SADP, it can see my dome cameras but not my bullet cameras. I do not have any VLANs on this switch, and all of these cameras are in the same IP range. All of the camera IPs were originally set by the LV-N9808C8E NVR, so it's a different range than my network. I'm moving these cameras to a new NVR, connecting through a PoE switch this time, so I need to reset the IPs of the cameras. I was able to use SADP to reset the dome IPs, but not the bullet IPs since it does not show them. Any idea why SADP would see the domes but not the bullets, and how to fix it? Thanks.

Can I connect my computer directly to the nvr if there is no switch?

esto lo haces despues de cambiar tu segmento de red a uno donde esta la camara? o no es necesario?

Yes, need to have the camera and PC in the same IP range to have the software working as expected.
