I know Thai is popular but I always hated it. Jkd kung fu and boxing are really good for real life Thai is more sport. That sweep is from MMA, you should use it. Roundhouse kicks are a bad idea. They are for sport.

@@YT-algorithm-is-strange I am like driving so yeah you're never going to deal the maximum width Thai Muay Thai or not going to do it you never going to deal with the situation safely with that martial art never going to do it I don't recommend that you striking and all you should probably just gravel because why hurt someone else also but if you do use any kind of striking at all you should probably use Street that's a good style for the street you should also use boxing that's really good sit out for the street and you should probably use JKD Those are the best things that you could ever use the things that you would want to learn from Muay Thai would be the head clench but you got that from every other martial art besides boxing so that's not special at all you've also got the roundhouse kick it being better with Muay Thai but remember you don't want to throw a roundhouse kick in real life as a very dangerous and stupid thing for you to do and it will absolutely get you knocked out killed stabbed and everything else it's just not a good reality martial art the same is true for double-leg takedown you shouldn't use a double-leg takedown and real-life someone's probably going to shoot you or stab you while you're doing that

@@2AGaph Not worth your life or health. Legend? The guy literally sacrafices his body and health for money, thats the male equivalent of a female segs worker. Theres literally nothing legendary about it if you consider that slaves and poor people used to do the same thing for the same reasons in the gladiator arena of ancient rome. It wasnt honorable then and it still isnt today despite what movies claim. He only treats you like trash because you treat him like a god... hes not. He's human like everyone else. Stop worshipping celebrities and false idols. Someone that treats your life with respect is worthy of respect. Those who dont are not.

I used to do Muay Thai when I was 8 (obviously I was too young and the environment was too laid back to actually get anything out of it). Our Kru challenged all of us to spar him at once. Obviously, clumsy 8 year old fists and knees didn’t hurt him at all. He didn’t strike us, but only leg sweep us. So this brought back a lot of memories. Wished I continued Muay Thai when I had the chance back then though.

I heard as soon as someone gets ahold of your leg: 1) Jump towards your opponent while bringing your caught leg towards your center of gravity. 2) push downward with the caught leg using all of your body weight. 3) either hold onto the opponent to support your transfer of weight or attack them while they have one arm available. 4)wake up from your comma, something went wrong. either you didn't imply the steps properly or you've got no talent.

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. One of the most important, yet neglected things in martial arts/self-defense is knowing how to fall and also to have that ability to fall down and get back up. If you don't know how to react upon falling or being dropped, you can severely injure yourself and end up 6 feet under.
