Hello guys, let me share my story. I was refused a Canadian visa back in 2016 I was a minor back then. I wanted to visit my uncle who stays in Toronto. But it was refused and was very disheartening. Then in 2022 this year I managed the guts to reapply again. This time I gave proper documents and applied as a family, for a Visitor visa (TRV) It was quickly accepted and I got my visa within 35 days. So keep hope, give true and strong documents, show papers of your property and shares and other investments like Mutual Funds, PPF etc as this will add a lot of value to your application. and always be honest about things like previously refused application. Trust me Canadian visitor visas are not very difficult if you have right funds and good reasons to return back to home country.

@@dikshasharma8340 Hello. Any property you have, and any business regixtration. I put my company master data sheet. You can use your company itr also. If youre employed, then a detailed letter from your employer is needed. Apart from that, if you have kids, then their school id cards and bonafide certificate.

good to hear. how much money you showed in the bank account sir? my visa was refused and the letter mentioned that assets and financial as a reason. so can you please share how much you show money in the bank and did you submit bank statement or bank balance confirmation?

@@user-jq4gn3ob5i Hello. Per person 4000 CAD equivalent is INR 2.4 Lakhs minimum. By minimum I mean that anything below this per person they won’t even consider. The more you show- Bank balance, investments- Mutual Funds, Shares, Business, property, the more the chances of acceptance. Also, the more the duration you want to be in Canada, the more funds you will need. More the people travelling , more the funds

My understanding was that visitor, work and study visas don't have a legal right to reconsideration or appeals, the only remedy is to re-apply. Are you giving mixed advice here? or are you talking about PR?

Asking on a friends behalf: He want to apply canada visit visa & have work visa in UK until April 2027 but as per home office policy they have only issued BRP(British Resident Permit Card) until 31-12-2024. Now while filing Canada visit visa form, it is asking for current visa expiry date. He is confused what date he should enter as he needs to attach BRP copy as well with visa application. He has the home home office email for exact visa duration when it was issued.

Reason for refusal - i summited my study application very close to the start date of school. They responded a few days after i withdraw from the program to reapply for thr next availability of intake but, i could not produce the mew LOA with the time given to submit. However i have reapplied to the same school and program and recieved a new LOA for a new intake do i submit a reconsideration or do i just reapply.

Hi Sahil, í have applied for a work permit for which I have already a job offer. My application is still under process since 2 months by now. I am on visitor visa in Canada and almost 5 months been here. If my work authorization doesn't come through before my 6 months been here completes, do I need to extend my stay here or since I am waiting for the IRCC decision, is it no need of extending my stay here even after 6 months? What is the process or how to do reapplication? Should i delete all the requirements i already submitted?
