Hi everyone!
In Chapter 3 we sail all the 390 NM from Faroe Islands to the incredible Vestmannaeyar, Iceland. It turned out be some struggle having to spend 2 weeks on hospital in addition to 1 week recovering/ waiting for weather.
This was a big edit and a lot of storytelling to be done, but have to say I was very happy with at the end!
Hope you'll enjoy! Thanks :)

Erik: I also have Inflammatory Disease. In my case, I have Crohn's Disease. Of course, you have Colitis. In both cases, we must live with them for the rest of our lives. A surgeon removed the Crohn's growth but I must always now be careful about my diet just as you should be. Important! No roughage (Do not consume insoluble fibre: i.e. celery, rhubarb, cut back on broccoli and green peas, etc.) However, eat a lot of soluble fibre; i.e. oatmeal. Further, some Colitis sufferers react negatively to gluten so cut back on wheat and barley products. (Beer is OK but, in the video, I saw you eating noodles). As well, (this is important) put turmeric in most of your meals. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory. Add a little black pepper with it to activate the effects of the curcumin, the active chemical. Add it to your cooked meals. Add it to smoothies. How much turmeric? A least a tablespoon per day. You will notice the difference. If you can find NAG (N-acetyl Glucosamine), take it daily. It has been found to reduce the inflammation of the gut and help repair.

Hi Eric, looks like you're feeling a lot better now. Hope you're OK going forward after the operation.
