ایک اندازے کے مطابق پاکستان میں سگریٹ نوشی کرنے والوں کی تعداد تقریباً چوبیس ملین ہے۔ اب ویپِنگ یا ای سگریٹس کا استعمال بھی بڑھ رہا ہے اور وہ بھی نوجوانوں میں۔ ویپنگ عام سگریٹ کے مقابلے میں شاید کم نقصان دے ہو مگر اس میں موجود نِکوٹین بہرحال مضرِ صحت ہے۔

When kids learn more from internet than their strict parents, this is meant to happen. Adultery is another thing spreading fast among the youngsters. Parents seriously need to see what their kids are doing on their phones and politely lead them towards islamic values.

Smoking and vaping can lead to drug addiction. Nicotine is addictive...yes you don't loose you mind like other drugs of abuse..but it's direct effects on various body parts are extremely dangerous. Smokers become dependent on nicotine and feel uncomfortable when they don't get it..they become irritable.Chain smokers show worse reaction when they don't get nicotine.

Its a game changer against smoking and there is no addiction, best alternative for smokers. i was a smoker for 8 years and i switched to vape and i stopped smoking like i never did it. and after 6 months i am also not vaping anymore.

Why not they are banning cigarettes? All the big giants cigarette brands are against vaping because vaping is killing their business. I am ex-smoker I smoked about 11 years I switched to vaping and I vaped for 1 year with the help of vaping I quit smoking and vaping completely and nicotine in vapes is not addictive at all.
