Each time I watch this, I am so struck by Solar-nim's professionalism. Things I didn't think of being high-level skills, like getting your photo taken, are much harder than I thought, and her experience and talent really shine, especially when she was at her most tired. It also makes me realize again how important it is never to dismiss someone's success because there almost always is a reason for it. Solar-nim did so well.

My respect and admiration for Solar has increased so much more watching her go through this experience. Even though she was struggling through it, she persevered while being honest about it. She had so many schedules during this time and she remained professional, courteous and ever so bright with that smile of hers. She values every experience and even though this was very hard on her, she shared the lessons she learned along the way. She is one amazing woman!

Everytime I hear WAWN or see a performance I am always reminded of how she was struggling behind the scenes while singing her heart out like that. The energy and strength she needs to hit those powerful notes while going through such a rigorous regimen. And yet she always delivers!

She really is a true artiste, putting 110% in everything she do… Between filming solarsido, working on her diet and going on other programs. I don’t know how she does it. RESPECT. A inspiring woman and a role model.

Solar 'commands' her expressions straight from her heart..there is no 'fakeness' in her...thats why she gives out amazing outcomes...eventhough coach yang looked uncomfortable, but with solar beside him, she could cover his 'weirdness' and made their pictures turned out amazing..

So often, Solar prompts me to self-reflect, but does it in a way that feel entertaining and not demoralizing. Her attitude towards life is just so cool, and because you'd only hear it if you follow what she does closely, so many people still don't know just how cool she is.

Those words she said at the end are so meaningful. If we're going to do something, do it in a way that doesn't leave regret. That is both the most we can do and also the least we can do for ourselves. Often she says these profound things that sound simple but are so difficult to do.

Aku selalu terharu setiap ntn ini... bayangkan betapa kerasnya solar mamamoo utk mendapatkan badan seperti itu, sedangkan moomoo tau bahwa anggota dari mamamoo sangat suka makan... ini berat tp dia berhasil bertahan 2 bulan... dengan hasil yg sangat memuaskan... moomoo selalu bangga...

Muscles loss (atrophy) doesn't occur as easily as fat loss. They stick around for a very long time even if you don't exercise. And they return to normal in about 2 weeks of training. To be fair, the coach would've had it relatively easier than Solar as he already had a strong pre-built foundation. Not saying it was cake for him though.
