If you talk about the previous question,it's the skill "Bounce no Bounce" 02:24 and 07:27 and you need to press ↓ + ← (or → if the opponent is at your left) + C key, it's one of Sakuya's basic attacks so cards are not necessary to execute it Or maybe you talk about "Square Ricochet" (same keys to execute but it's not the basic attack so require cards to substitute with the basic one

It depends of wich,various combinations exists (like ↓ + → + b/c or ↓ + → *2 + ab/c or ↓ + ← + b/c or ↓ + ← * 2 + b/c and even ↓ * 2 + b/c

I would personally not use Sakuyas World. Doesn't let you do a lot of damage for the cost, cheaper time stop cards are more effect imo

There's communities and several discord servers for the game, if you're interested in playing it with other people. Most of the info can be found on the wiki, but some more detailed ones are in other formats, usually found in the discord resources. yes it's free, research the Moriya Shrine website (you'll also need Touhou 10.5 to unlock all the characters)
