Salad "Shirazi". Persian/Iranian Tomato and Cucumber salad! Great taste and beautiful appearance.

Salad "Shirazi" is a very sophisticated version of a tomato and cucumber salad. The origin I believe is Persian/Iranian, but I tried it in my local Middle Eastern restaurant and it was listed on the menu as Arabic Salad.
The key here is cut tomatoes and cucumbers in very small and uniformed squares. This takes time. That is why this salad, in restaurants, usually served in a small portion and as part of appetizer platter, along with hummus and other popular appetizers.
SALAD "SHIRAZI"
You will need:
3 Roma tomatoed
4 Persian cucumbers
1 small bunch parsley
1 small bunch Mint
1 small purple onion
1 Lime (juice)
salt, green pepper, olive oil to taste

Tastes delicious. I used a ground cucumber 🥒 instead of Persian and no olive 🫒 oil . You cut everything very quickly unlike other . Which is good. More such receipts, please.

One of my favorite salads!! Sometimes I add a touch of sumac. Your Cucumber cutting technique will be helpful.
