Govt should provide city wise HRA like banks i.e Mumbai and ahemdabad both are x city but Mumbai is 2x costly and expensive than ahemdabad. It's a basic need

Government banks don't provide hra. What you are mentioning is leased accommodation which is directly credited to the landlord's account. HRA of public sector bank employees is way lower than their central government counterparts. However the in hand of a bank officer is more than Central government employees because of various monetary perks. But in the clerical cadre central government employees earn more than Public sector banks' clerks.

Arun Jaitley introdced 7th pay commission and proclaimed it as historic pay hike. Yeah, it was historic; but in the sense being the worst ever in the history. 7th pay commission destroyed the dignity of Central services among other sectors and overall quality of service diminished... a group of highly demotivating group were moulded after the introduction of 7th pay commission especially in lower formations. Many State services and corporates are currently offering much better packages with better perks like civilised health care schemes.

7thpay commission fitment 1+1.25=2.25 which was drawing on 1.1.16. fitment factor 2.57.Actual increase 2.57 -2.25=.32 means 32%of increase of basic pay.only.

He never said that 8th cpc will not be formed. He only told that no proposal to form 8th cpc has been considered yet. Most probably govt. will think about it in 2023.

in 7th pay commission loading factor was 14.29 %... So in 8th pay commission?? example Suppose Basic pay as on 31 Dec 2025 is 35400 DA (70%)=24780 HRA(30%)=10620 TA+DA=3600+2520=6120 TOTAL Salary = 76920 /*So New basic pay as per 8th pay commission= (35400*170%)*114.29% Basic pay=68780 DA=0 HRA(30%)=20635 TA+DA=6200+0 Total Salary=89415 hence Rs 12400 increase in starting salaryi. 17%

Why there is a large difference in the basic pay of level6 and level 7? Because level 5 -2800= 29500 But level 6 - 4200= 35400 Where is level 7-4600=44900 So.. Level 6 or level 7 ke basic pay me sirf 400 ka difference h par basic pay me approx 10000 ka h.. Lekin level 5 or level 6 me grade pay difference (4200-2800)=1400 ka h ...lekin grades pay difference sirf 6 thousands ka... Why is there discrimination happening in the level 6 job holder? 😔 😢 😭

6th cpc... Ke hisab se.. Basic 13500... D.a 125%... HRA..30%(in X city) Gross comes out to be 36425 7th cpc... Basic 35400( not 34500) d.a 0% , hra 24%... T.a 3600 Gross 47496... Lagbhag 11000 ka difference hai.. Both comparisons have been made keeping in mind when 7th cpc was implemented.. hra tab 24% hua tha... 20% nahi...

Correct bhai ........ Upar se 7th CPC m CGEIS m 2000 lee liyaa joo ki 250 h..... Isiliye Calculation WRONG h puraa yeh Video m...... Upar se 6th CPC m NPS 10% of BP liyaa gyaa h and DA ka 10% included nhi h ... Approx 18-20% Increase hua thaa INHAND SALARY.

And primary teacher's basic pay is higher than that of PA,in WB,there is no increase in DA,that's why overall salary is less than PA,else in other states,it's higher or same sa PA. Even if PA is higher,wasting 8 years makes no sense unless you can't get any other job.
