The brothers be standin' tall, lookin' sharp, and representin.' It is a shame that their considerable talent is wasted on a song which, like so many gospel songs, is shallow and nearly meaningless.

It’s a shame you don’t understand and appreciate this jewel of black culture in which call and response, quartet style and harmony is combined to create this brilliant song just because it is subjectively shallow to you doesn’t mean it lacks meaning, perhaps if you educate yourself you can understand the depth of this historic negro call and response jewel but don’t disrespect black culture, history and gospel because of your ignorance

@@dctalk1117 DeVante, DeVante, DeVante. Pull your claws in, my man. I listen to black gospel often, sometimes hours at a time. I enjoy it. I enjoyed this song. But the song itself is vapid. It does not advance the kingdom, it does not glorify God, it does not bring the faithful closer to God. It is pleasant-sounding noise. A tinkling cymbal.

@@dctalk1117 You still have your claws out, I see, DeVante. Be careful that you don't scratch yourself, my friend.
