I broke down watching this. Three years ago, I was on the right track mentally, physically, and financially. Now, I can't begin to describe the despair I'm in. This wasn't just Andy speaking to me in this video. It was God telling me I'm off my purpose. Thank you for being the vessel, Andy. I needed this.

Repent and believe the Gospel. Your purpose is know God and God revealed how you can know Him by knowing His Son Jesus Christ who died to overcome all Temptation. Follow Him and walk in His ways turn from all sin and receive His Holy Spirit so you can know Him. God has convicted me of being lazy and gluttonous because our body is the temple the living God. I have been working out hard and eating organic for past 7 months, but God also requires a clean heart and true holiness. He wants you to repent from idolatry, unforgiveness , anger, sexual lust, etc . He died so you can be free !

My father worked with a salesmen who was making 300k back in the early 90’s. He sold for Clark forklift (back when they were #1) and was their best salesmen for volume. One of the things he said was don’t give a reason for someone not to like you. For example long hair on a man can offend some but short hair rarely bothers people. Most people don’t want to see a man with an ear ring, etc. I do think having a strong physical appearance helps but penny loafers without socks gives a sleeze vibe as does a pinky ring to me. If you want to dress this way outside of work -do as you wish but for me and my demographic of customers I’m going to dress professional and non offensive.

This video is the wake up call I’ve been needing for a long time. I paused the video halfway through, put on my gym shorts and running shoes, and listened to the rest of it well running and letting out my frustration about how I’ve allowed myself to slip. I like it. I am the most disciplined person with my physique… and it takes around the clock non stop planning and preparation. It takes WORK to look like I do as a bodybuilder. We slip and fall victim to the lazy factor, but when I wake evedy morning and the very first thing I do is my shot of growth hormone half awake standing in the kitchen at the fridge drawing up my shot, is where it all begins. Diet follows next for breakfast, protein by noon again, and it goes on all day and makes it very simple when you dial it in this way. It’s a mindset 1000% . It is very possible

My 300+lbs dude is falling in love with the idea of being thinner than when he was in school... making a lifestyle 180 takes time just the SS Titanic trying to avoid hitting that iceberg. Slowly but surely is the name of the game. Focus , sacrifice and having the goal in mind is it. He said he'll loose 100 lbs in less than 3 months, he gonna feel like crap when one month later gains half that weight back because he reached his goal and had zero plans on how to keep it going. Try 6 to 8 months so your body can heal and grow into the new lifestyle and function as such.

This year I started my own plumbing business, while staying busy with work and family, I prioritize healthy habits and fitness.
