By Allah. i love this Sahabeh(R.A). When i was in my 8th grade. I read his stroy in my Islamic Studies(Punjab Text Book). I was so amazed to hear his words in urdu. "بخدا انکی عبادت ،ہماری عبادت سے بہتر ہے " "I swear by God, their(Christians) prayers are better than ours". And this exact sentence that blow my mind. How much struggle Hazrat Salman Farsi(R.A) did, in finding Rasul Allah(s) and How he helped Rasul Allah(s) and companions(R.A) in Ghezwah khandeq.... سبحان اللہ 😍😍😍۔ May Allah enjoin us to the highest of Allah's friends and companions. ameen

This story was so so beautiful

A story that was beautifully narrated. I have been listening to numbers of scholar teaching the siirah but none like Omar Suleiman. It goes deep into you. It never cross my mind to cried while learning about Islam but following his series, I was forced to. It is that impactful. My favorite is the one with Fatima r.a and Ali r.a. Taught me a lot about marriage, parenting and love.

It is impossible not to be filled with awe, amazement, joy or all 3 listening to this story, mashallah!

I watched this lecture about a month ago, and It still haunts me since then, with the beautiful values it highlighted and the amazing experiences this man has gone through in the search for the truth, in his search for his creator. The generosity of the Prophet PBUH and his dignity, his pride, a man who accepts a gift and refuses charity, it's a characteristic that I always knew about him PBUH and have since applied in my life but never knew it was mentioned as a sign of his prophecy, and again his generosity by taking Slaman Al Farisi as a member of Ahl- Albayt. It's a beautiful lesson, narrated with love, your love, Omar Sulaiman for the prophets and his companions, your love for the truth, for spreading the light, may Allah bless you and bless your undertakings for the sake of this noble cause.
