I made this tonight and it is absolutely delicious. At first it doesn't seem like a simple dish with a pale and humble sauce is gonna make you fall in love. The dish is so refreshing yet aromatic, intense and dense at the same time! Sauce is like summer and salmon is winter. Texture is super creamy but it also has bits and pieces of crunchiness. Thank you Laura, you make things so easy to follow!

I just made it, and it was fabulous. I added some extra virgin olive oil to thicken and balance out the lemon. I served it with roasted pepper, aubergine, courgette, onion and tomato and it was amazing! Thanks for the recipe!

I can really feel how delicious the cucumber sauce is, through your saying!!! Crunchy light cucumber, with cool tangy fresh yougurt sauce and bright herbs!! Aw!!! That's unique Laura!

Another winner!! My stomach is growling! I'm going o get some salmon filets and make this for dinner TONIGHT! What a perfect Summer meal! This would be great for Sunday supper, when you have guests. I would serve fresh strawberry pie for dessert, to top off the meal. Oh yum!!

a little piece of advice: before you add the cucumber to the yogurt, salt them and put them in a strainer for like half an hour. They will release all their juice and won't make your sauce watery. You really have to do that if you're going to grade the cucumbers. Remember not to salt the yogurt too much to avoid making it too salty!

Laura, I just tried your Salmon Fillets with Creamy Cucumber Dill Sauce. The only thing I left out is the lemon zest because with the lemon juice it's just too much and I really don't care for lemon anyway. It was still sooo good! WOW!!
