You can cock the shredder like a regular revolver, single action. It makes the trigger pull shorter so you won’t pull your shot.

I have a 3.0. So far I’ve gone through about 1 lb of table salt. No problems yet…still works like new. For something that is mostly plastic, they are built pretty solid.

Great feedback thank you, I’ve never had an issue with my 2.5. Even left it outside accidentally once in a moist environment, let her dry and she was firing off again. Pretty stout pieces of plastic 👍🏼. Glad to hear you’re enjoying your 3.0, I’m certainly impressed with its power! Hah, the salt goes fast, don’t it?! 😂 Appreciate the insight Stephen, thank you for watching!

Got me a Shredder. My 97-year-old dad whom I take care of is a clean-freak. Not that he cleans anything. A fly in the house is tantamount to him falling off the toilet, we have both, old man tipping over, flies. Each time I leave the house I place the Shredder next to him. He grins, as his shakey hand holds the Fly-Killer. Something strange and beautiful happens when he grips the Shredder. He lowers the volume of Fox News, that alone is worth the purchase! When I return he looks at me and says. “I wish we had more flies.”

This is great! 🤣🤣🤣 thank you for sharing your experience with your dad. Enjoy these moments. Sounds like your dad's newfound love for the Shredder might turn him into a fly-hunting superhero! Just imagine: cape on, Fox News down, and flies running scared from the "Swatter of the Century!" Maybe you should market this to Fox News-finally, a product that keeps their viewers calm and engaged! 🤓🤣

@@JohnPauls I’m trying to be a marketer. I write great ads, commercials when an idea of mine is better than what's already airing. I’ll share my shortest. This was written before COVID-19. Indeed and Zip Recruiter were going gangbusters. I sensed they'd be ready to do TV ads. So I sent this email. In the body of the email I wrote. ‘To whom opened this’ I’ll give you a dollar if you read it. Another dollar if you don't like it. One more dollar for you if you forward this to marketing. -A mid-30s man or lady in casual attire points to the camera/audience. In a stern yet approachable voice and says. “There’s only one thing I don't about work. And That's Looking For It!” James Earl Jones narrator “We hear you Indeed we do.” Tahh dahhh The next day I got an email that said. “According to my calculation, you owe me $2. Thanks for thinking of Indeed. 2 months later I got a cease and desist letter from Indeeds attorney. What’s even worse is 4 months later both Indeed and Zip Recruiter ran their first unforgettable ads during NFC/AFC Championship weekend. $$$$ Thanks for allowing to vent Yours truly The fly killer

You’re going to love it! Definitely easier to pump with great output. I’ve been using mine for years and still do. Just remember to give her an old tap near the salt chamber when you don’t use it for a while, the salt will stick and nothing will spray out. Easy to knock it loose again. Happens to all of them.

Problem is you shoot few flys you have to waste co2 as you tale it out of gun leaving it in may, probably hurt the seal.
@JohnPauls
@JohnPauls 7 ай бұрын
That is a valid point to be made although the Shred-er excels at larger prey, flys just disintegrate. However, I did not experience that as these lantern flies were available to shoot in abundance, so every cartridge got used to depletion. You are correct though, leaving the cartridge in will potentially damage the seal. Highly advised to not leave it in the gun while not using, also for safety reasons. Thank you Tommy!!!!

This is a cool little thing. A gun for killing very tiny things. I have an idea for a robot that uses machine learning and programming to profile and target specific species of insects of the users choosing and it automatically flies around and takes them out, eats them, and actually eats the bodies as fuel.

That’s a great question! Takes a couple shots with the pumps on the larger of those arachnids, Shred-er obviously wipes them out but not as cost effective. I have an upcoming video on the Widow Maker, stay tuned and thank you for watching! Widow Maker 3.5 is 👌🏼

I've had my 3.0 for a couple years now. WRT spiders, my preference is to catch and relocate outside since they kill other bugs, but sometimes they are in a spot not easy to catch so then I'll shoot them. I have found that about 8/10 times, 1 shot is enough (if shot from within 1 ft) but 2/10 times I'll need a follow-up.

@@KevinMah-ol5on exactly, I keep daddy long legs, I annihilate black widows and brown recluses though. I tend to try and keep some daddy long legs in the house, but my wife is extremely terrified of spiders and since my home is so close to a Smurf village... since my property managers landscaping is God awful I gotta find a better way to get rid of em without squishing them with shoes

I commend your professionalism here but Hey wasn't this person (he or she) being just as offensive by choosing to use the word "Our" implying others share or also have the same "lord" concept as her's and then taking on assumption this magic ruler king would be the same being as other folks philosophical views.. Had he said "my" lords I wouldn't feel so aggressed right now. But she/he assumes "we" or "others" have also carried along the same spiritual road and excepted this notion as some sorry of excepted cultural truthhood? I just feel like it's a giant and pushy way of personal communication she chose towards others. When she could have just referred to "my" lord instead. She didn't even tell us which "lord" was being discussed.. I'm still wondering honestly.. I mean maybe she's right about your personal ruler dirty but probably not your and mine both? If that's assuming we also have "lords" as a ruling deity god to begin with. His assumptions seem pushy assuming and end the end just rude@@JohnPauls
