thanks 4 ur efforts dear.....nly things u should have mentioned that its because of few surface hydrophobic residues that have been exposed after water been removed from dat part n this hydrophobic residues tend 2 aggregate n result in precipitation...anyway thanks agn

How can we collect only one protein of intrest from salting out? As you mentioned in the video about purification of single protein by salting out but here after salting out all the protein complex mixtures will going to bind to each other. So here my question is how to extract the single protein from salting out method? Thank you

But sir denatured protein self insoluble or ptt due to hydrophobic side chains of amino acid which makes hydrophobic bonds in protein for folding and bending and this hydrophobic bond break by SDS then hydrophobic side chains expose in water which makes protein ppt due to hydrophobic interactions between protein and protein. so how does potassium acetate ppt denature protein????????? Please explain with basic details or make a video on this topic sir, please?
