Finally! Someone sane with refined taste who made it with Gin, instead of that blasphemous Vodka. The botanical taste of Gin is what makes it pair so well with the tart bitterness of grapefruit. Greyhound made Vodka is the inferior, watered down version. If I have a good salt (that won’t diminish the Gin too much), then I’d opt for a Salty Dog. Good job, doctor! Do you happen to know of great Gin brands that’s great to be mixed into Greyhound?

Personally I'm not a fan of Greyhound, but good gins are usually: Hendricks, London #1, Tanqueray and something like that. Beefeater btw :-)

Edit: not dissing on Vodka, btw. Vodkas are great, but personally, I think they didn’t go with Greyhound as well as a Gin would.

DELICIOUS my friend! My favorite fruit juice. Oh and I comPLETELY agree, Agave nectar with the Toquilla. MUUUUCH BETTER than simple syrup. I like Cazadores myself, silver plz!

The Asta looks particularly good and much like a Paloma but for the Campari. I'd like to try that with gin too. I would only suggest to put the soda in first so it bubbles up through the whole drink.

It is good. Putting the soda first doesn't change anything. Denser liquids like liqueurs still fall to the bottom.
