I agree completely. I have a feeling we're going see a more tormented bond in Spectre hence why the song is slow and haunting. It works as the theme in my opinion. It's fitting towards the dark tone we're probably going see in Spectre.

Wow, I wouldn't agree at all - although it is nice to see you have seen all the Bond movies, and you're not someone who's seen like, 5. When you said Quantum I immediately though you weren't a 'proper' fan (although 'proper fan' sound ridiculous, sorry) I rate Goldfinger, TMWTGG, and Quantum quiet lowly. Goldfinger, while iconic, isn't as as fantastic as people make it out to be imo. The guards simply falling down as they do, Pussy Galore simply becoming good from almost nothing for almost no reason, the fact not one person checks on the guards, and a few other minor things are why I rate it as only the forth best Connery film, never-mind all-time. TMWTGG has Mary Goodnight who has got to be the worst Bond girl, bumping switches with her arse, getting hopelessly pushed into the boot of the car etc. She really ruins the film for me. Quantum I find has awful CGI (for example at the start when he goes through the glass) and I HATE the editing. I find way to fast and that half the time, or at least on my first few viewings, I can't tell what's going on/which person's Bond, and so on. Spectre was okay, but I'd put it as the 3rd best Craig. I LOVED the mentions to old films The links to the films since Casino (the DB5, Quantum, the old villains, women in Bond's life who'd died, Mr White etc), and the very old films (Blofeld's cat, his scar from You Only Live Twice, his weird coat - whatever the name for it is - , Spectre being back) and stuff like The Hildebrand Rarity being mentioned (the safehouse had a name like it). But I though they threw away a great character in the hench-man Mr Hink, who is not named, nor is his side-by-side relvolver shown really, nor is his metallically tipped fingernails shown. I though Bond taking down a helicopter with a pistal was too superhero like, I didn't like Blofled looked panicked, or the fact he was caught - he should always be calm and collected with an escape route, the way he was in the old films. There were other thing as well, both making it good and bad. I will say though all Bond films have good bits, I'm always happy to watch any one, and that I think the rest of you're list is fine. How old are you by the way?

Tom Rice I'd also say Skyfall wasn't quite Bond enough, and it was more of a set up film, and that while Craig is undeniably great, Connery was as serious, but was also funnier. As for action, you're right, Craig is the best.
