Amazing review man.. my main settings for most content are.. Game Mode Pro, treble = +4, Bass = +6, woofer = +6. I find this combo really enhances the midrange and makes it sound fantastic !! One may think everything is too pumped up, but these settings really light a fire under this beast !! Sounds fantastic! Note to all owners.. update the firmware to at least the march 2021 update- enhances the sound by an extra 10% too. I got this for $200 AUD / 108GBP / 155 USD, on sale a few days ago. It's unfortunate that you didn't have a Q80T TV or higher, I think the Q symphony might flesh out the soundstage better.

I bought this sound bar, but paid $199 USD for an open box example. I find for $199 it's a decent upgrade over the TV speakers but for $499 list, I would be disappointed. The mids and highs are little better than the TV speakers and the woofer module fills in the bass nicely. But there is no rumble and feeling from the bass like you get from a subwoofer. It does get a lot louder than the built in TV speakers which may be important to some. As far as "surround" sound, it's not, there is no sound heard from sides or behind. For $500 I would suggest a basic receiver, $99 bookshelves and a cheap subwoofer and likely get much better sound quality in a far less elegant solution. I also had to spend $50 for a mount to attach the sound bar to my wall mounted TV

This video was very helpful, but kind of not wanting to buy it no more after you mentioned lack of bass and shaking. That’s what I’m looking for. I currently have a Samsung HW-MM55 340 Watts 3.1Ch it sounds fantastic and has a deep rich powerful bass! I’m the kind of guy that watches my movies and plays video games with a lot of bass, high volume and love the shaking sound. You mentioned it’s not great and it’s not bad it’s somewhat in the middle. Would you recommend me buying this? I’m looking for something with more sound, more watts, more bass and etc but on Samsung soundbars though since I have a Samsung tv.

Hey, so i recently bought this soundbar. It is connected into straight into the HDMI input on my Panasonic 2018 OLED. At least a couple of times a day it just refuses to turn on either from using the remote or pressing the power button and I have to take out the power cable at the back put it back in then it turns on. Any help? is it faulty?

What should I expect from the subwoofer? I bought this soundbar today and the subwoofer is connected to the bar. The light is blue, but I don't hear any sound coming out of it. Also no bass on any vibration. Try to reset, and connected again. A blue light. But know sound. Well extremely vagely. But it on +6 with the woofer button, but nothing helps. No difference between -12 and +6

Hi all, hoping someone can help with this. So I just purchased the Q60T which is replacing my old HW-F550 2.1 soundbar. On my old soundbar it was extremely powerful and loud, I could set the volume to 13 and no more as it would be too loud. On the new Q60T I have to set the sound volume at 20 to get decent sound/volume to be on par with the previous soundbar I had. After speaking with Samsung support, resetting the new soundbar, trying different cables, I connected my galaxy s10 to the soundbar via Bluetooth with no hdmi connected and the sound volume was exactly like it was on my old soundbar, any louder than 13 and it was really loud. So I thought great it works perfect via my S10 but not through hdmi to the TV, my TV is 1yr old 55" series 7 4k Samsung so I don't get why the sound is so awful when connected to hdmi but not via Bluetooth. Anyone with this same soundbar have any issues like this and any resolution/fixes? Thanks

It's not compatible with Samsung's mobile apps (audio remote or SmartThings) - that's essential to be able to control it when the controller is lost - otherwise no way to change sound modes, equalizer settings and subwoofer volume - hard pass here

I bought this quite recently. I have connected this soundbar to my Lg UHD smart tv via HDMI cable over arc port. I am facing random audio dropout while streaming content via Netflix, Amazon prime and youtube app installed in the tv. Fiddling around with the digital data out modes (auto & pcm) didn't help either. Has anyone else faced it too. Any pointers??
