The way you put the Tablet in the case just hurts my eyes

The keyboard case is really handy but.... From new, a key decided to fail and the shop (Samsung's official repair centre in my town) refused to offer a guarantee. They said I would have to buy a new one even though it was only a few days old. However, a lot of shouting, compressed air and a paintbrush later, they repaired it free of charge. It's over two years old now and, apart from the contacts needing regular cleaning, it still works, but the thing is showing its age. The edges, especially where the case folds, are slowly coming apart - I suppose they were built assuming a two year tablet life, but I can't say I'm especially pleased at the lower than expected quality. However, the case makes all the difference and I still consider it a good buy - but its not fantastic quality and fact they refused to guarantee it is a warning for the future.

How does it feel in the hand when you flip the keyboard to the back? How is the wifi signal strength affected when you flip the keyboard to the back? How well or poorly does this case protect the tablet? Those official Samsung cases tend to be very bad in the protection department.

So would the S4 keyboard work if you don't care about the camera use?

I'm interested in the weight of the keyboard book cover. One of the big selling points of the s5e is its light weight; adding a heavy cover would negate this. The other question is how good it feels when reading from the tablet in portrait position with the keyboard folded back.

How is the actual typing experience? Keyboard super cramped or can you get used to it in half hour, give or take? Was this the least costly keyboard, because I noticed some air between the tablet and the cover when you gave us the side view? I noticed other comments below so maybe you can do a follow up video about just the keyboard with this device?

Nobody seems to notice or mind that the keyboard HAS NO DELETE KEY. When I had an S5E system set up for multiple users last October, one of them was very disappointed by that and I have to agree. Even the GALAXY TAB S book cover keyboard had it, and frankly it looked better, too.

I start to feel the the so call ipadOS is the Apple version of Samsung dex. Someday, Apple might bring this to iPhone to power a desktop display?

Does it automatically turn to Dex when you connect? If so that's bad ass and going to buy it for sure.

The book cover key board are $145 after tax way over price and have no protection at the four corners when you the tablet. I bought at Amazon temper glass screen protector and case book cover for total $23.

The tab has been excellent but the keyboard has disappointed. It has connectivity issues and, even though the H key failed, Samsung Indonesia refused to accept it under warranty at only a week old. I have to recommend NOT buying this accessory.
