Sam, you have to steal the gardeners normal hat, so he can use the sun hat.

To get the sun hat: take the rose he will bend down, take his hat off and hide it, then he will take the sun hat

You can take a flower or a carrot and when he bends down to replant it you pull off the hat he’s wearing and then run away as fast as you can

Sam you have to move a pumpkin or a carrot so he needs to replant it and when he bends down to replant it you have to grab the hat that he is wearing and hide it far away from him and he will wear his sunhat
