Every year we get together with Audrey's family for a Canadian cottage getaway somewhere in Ontario's cottage country. This has become an annual tradition that sometimes happens in winter and sometimes happens in summer, but this year, we decided to plan a fall family trip to enjoy some of the autumn foliage. Staying in a cabin in the woods is always a lot of fun, especially for Togo who loves running wild in nature. We spent our family vacation cooking meals together (this time we even had a barbecue in the fireplace!), we went on lots of forest hikes and even some lake swims for Togo, and we enjoyed lots of quality time together all gathered around the fire.
