First of all the effects look incredible, very beautiful those explosions, the particle effects, the colors! The team has done amazing work with the VFX. I LIKE the name change, i think its a much better name for the game now and cannot wait for this to get released. Just amazing VFX and the bits flying everywhere! just great! and WE GOT SHIELD BUBBLES!!! heck yeah!

I reinstalled Forged Alliance yesterday with a bunch of mods and played for a solid 3 hours having a blast until the game froze lol. Can't wait for the day to see this game shine!

The effects look really cool and beautiful! But I must admit I was hoping for a bit more grounded and realistic explosion with more dust and shrapnel instead of a Micheal Bay gasoline fireball

добавить быф к этим эфектам ,эфекты попадания по материалам ,и можно заканчивать )(тип от попадания по металу искры,по змеле пыль,а по бетону..осколки ? и тд(и по энергетическому акиенить молнии

Please tell me this game will have workshop support!? Will it able to be modded? Will each person be able to have their own UI mods? Game looks great! Can't wait!!!

I mean workshop is a step beyond and the thing is it's not necessarily as good as in-house mod management but at this juncture it might be easier for us and yes we've built the game to be fully moddable, much much more so than FA and it's all in LuaJit too!

I think the rename is a great idea as there are just too many other things with the name "Sanctuary" that appear in Google.

Nope. You need a one word title that is catchy. Otherwise you will demote and condemn the enterprise to obscurity.

Такие эффекты делаются в unity за 1 день. Я видел похожие ассеты. Поменять рисунок текстур, вот вам и оригинальные "новые" эффекты. Не вижу связи с механикой игры. Где воздействие на ландшафт? Почему вы сейчас делаете эффекты? Всё остальное уже готово? Работает?

It looks great but I think you might have a bit of trouble pulling over all the supreme commander fans that have been playing the same game for like 14 years. I hope the game is successful though 🙂

I can see why one would think that and initially that was my assumption as well as one of those players who's been playing it non-stop for 15 years but I've seen the community also try every new close title and fall back so it's not a question of won't they try it it's more of a question of "did it scratch the itch?" and "was it the upgrade they were looking for?".

@@tatsuuuuuu yeah I guess that's more what I meant, similar to RuneScape or similar games, there is newer alternatives but people still go to old school RuneScape instead of the new ones. I think if I were developing this game I would have given sanctuary a lot more of its own character and let players pick similarities between it and old school supcom, rather than base the identity on it.
