I love the fact that she never changed. Still the same Sandara Park/Sandy/Krungkrung ng Pilipinas, still very humble and down-to-earth:) Marunong lumingon sa pinanggalingan:) All the reasons why every Filipino loves her:) and you can never hate a Sandara Park. Look at where she is right now. She's a member of one of the top kpop girl group in Korea, 2NE1, Invading Korea, Japan and even US. Having lots of fans loving and supporting her/them and they aren't just famous now they are massively famous/infamous. It just takes a lot of effort and hardwork to get to where she is right now^_^ She's an inspiration to many people:)

It's 2020. And i saw a clip of this on tiktok and decided to rewatch again. She's so cuteee. And btw, for people who find the judges mean or rude, for your information this is how celebrity search show/competition work in the Philippines, judges will try to intimidate you or scare you to test you if you have a strong personality and can handle such situations or criticisms, if you're able to deal with it it's a huge factor for them. You definitely have a shot.

Trust me it may seem like they were mocking her but as soon as she was announced in Sandara jumped into the joke with her signature wave and the phrase "mahal ko kayo". This is coming from years of experience from my family members with the same personality as the judges. And those judges already knew her potential that's why they passed her, she was really famous in the Philippines before being a kpop star.

Why are there so many stupid comments in this vid? Director Lauren Dyogi posed a HYPOTHETICAL question. It wasn't being mean. I think he only wanted to know how tough Dara would be because being in show business doesn't always mean that people will love you. He wanted to know how she'd deal with it because it meant her survival in the industry. They didn't intend to make her cry, though she did out of fear. They laughed because they didn't expect her to cry. Boy Abunda even tried to cheer her up. And what he said was right about her being a Korean. His comment was supposed to help her. Being an actress, you will need to be versatile and if you would always show your Korean side (I think he was actually referring to her cuteness) even though you've got a role of an antagonist, then her acting will be not be convincing and it'd be hard for her to get other roles. He's telling her that to prepare her if ever she breaks through, for which she successfully did.

I am a Filipino and I can understand both tagalog and english, so for those people who were saying that the judges are mocking her, I just wanna say NO THEY ARE NOT. Of course it was an audition, the judges have to know if the contestant is capable. And they are not laughing while Dara is crying because they want to MOCK her. They just think that she's really cute because of her not-so-fluent tagalog and her silliness. Also, there are things that doesn't have an exact translation, maybe that's the reason why they sound rude.
