Great video! I've been surf fishing since I was 8 yrs. old. I've always used a paternoster type rig exclusively but its great to see other types other fishermen use. You have inspired me to try these new rigs and make them too. Keep up the good work!

Another great rig paul I have had a go at making it but instead of the small hook at the top , I have tied a swivel and a shot hook snood to a strong 2-0 hook to give a pulley top trace to the dropper on the bottom works very well over here in the Mersey. Tight lines Les

Very well explained, watched a couple of your vids now and settling with a drink or two to glean more info. I'm taking up beach/shore fishing this winter, having a break from the pike. Just down from you in Teesside, so will probably be hitting some of the same marks.

Great video Paul. Question, are you familiar with the dingle dangle rig? If so, how do you connect the dingle dangle rig trace to your rig body? Can you use the dingle dangle with the pulley rig body?
@kf85752 жыл бұрын
Can use them on any type of rig, whether it be a flapper or clipped rig. Just make them from strong enough line and you're good👍

Hi Paul, love watching your videos. I live in Germany and like fishing a lot. I have seen on one of your videos a rig that you made and you use a kind of tiny spring on the line. Could you please tell me the name of that spring and where I can buy them? Thanks and best regards. J.Rodrigues TIGHT LINES

Use same line for the snood as the rig body and all is good👍

Got half way through your video and had to turn it off, I couldn’t understand a word you said, only the odd word here & there.. it’s speeded up mumbling type thing that I couldn’t get. ? Are you English? I am through and through.. I’m sure your video is very good but I have no way of knowing ?
@SandmansTackleTime12 жыл бұрын
I'm a lad from the northeast of England. Newcastle way so I come under the category of being a geordie. Now as it's not my fault at all about where I'm from and can't help my accent. If you can't understand me then why don't you just do one? You will be of no miss to me whatsoever. So go and do the right thing and remove me. Go on it's not hard to do....PRESS THAT DELETE BUTTON...

That rig makes no sense to me; why not connect the pulley swivel the the shock, have the line from weight go through the pulley bead to a swivel with the hook length - that metal clip is completely unnecessary.
