Krampus head is good. It does high dmg and is just better shoop. Plus the charges needed is significantly lower in repentance than in rebirth

For those who don't understand: Coal is an item in big ding of Isaac that makes your bullets stronger the longer the farther they get from their original firing spot. It is very loved by the community.
