Hi Friends, Happy Monday!
Ive actually gotten a request to talk about Pazuzu and bunch of times within this last week, its nuts. But big thank you to Samy Aguilar for recommending this one. Honestly, Pazuzu was.. something ELSE, I really dont know what else to say about that. What can we learn here? Sometimes I just really dont know!
What I do know is, I love and appreciate you guys sooooo much and please be safe out there. Thank you for all of your love and support you send my way. It means more than you know, seriously.

Just a fact- don’t think everyone who has schizophrenia are killers or psycho’s. My partner has schizophrenia and we have two children under 2 and he’s absolutely amazing dealing with them, as noise and stress are what sets him off. Only close family and myself know of his condition, no one else knows and they wouldn’t know because he doesn’t fit the ‘schizophrenia’ frame. As in he don’t fit the cliche of how schizophrenia are

We learn from this case, that the US needs a propper health care system!! Schizophrenia can be easily controlled with meds and therapy but if you leave it untreated.. well! I'm a nurse from austria (where we DO have psychiatric hospitals and you don't have to pay a single cent for the treatment) and I've seen a few schizophrenic patients with craaaaazy stuff going on in their heads and how they turned into completely NORMAL people after just days or a few weeks of treatment!

From what I've read she lived in the house. I read reports/accounts of this case from time to time. I've seen things like this next statement in a couple of things, "James said on the day that Wetzler was killed, James heard gunshots while she was in the bedroom getting ready for work. She walked out into the living room and saw her son standing over Wetzler with a .22-caliber rifle, Meadows said. She then went back into the bedroom to finish getting ready for work. Algarad shot Wetzler again to make sure he was dead, Meadows said."

I have a brother who is a psychopath and the hardest thing to come to terms with is for those people there are no reasons why they do what they do, it’s hard for the rest of us to understand. My parents tried getting him help with doctors and psychiatric hospital but it did nothing, the safest place for him to be (and to keep us safe) is for him to stay in prison.

People with schizophrenia and/or mania tend to lose their sense of hygiene (hence why they might have a different idea of where to go to the bathroom). I am a 2nd-year nursing student studying mental health at the moment and I find the connection between mental health and true crime very interesting! I absolutely adore your videos! All of this could have been avoided if his family had access to affordable health care. This probably wouldn’t have happened if he got the help he needed at a young age. It breaks my heart 💔

If you think our health care is bad, our pediatric mental health is even worse. Most places won't take any child under 12 and only the very worst cases between 12 and 18 get accepted into youth mental health programs. It's heart breaking for the parents who diligently seek help for their struggling kids.

The Regan administration closed all of the mental institutions with exception of state criminal psychiatric facilities. So many mentally ill people ended up homeless on the streets with no help and no place to stay.
