Several hundred people have had starting problems out of 'almost' new 2000 year Saturns.. Here's mine Saturn refuses to recall the ignition switch.

This fix costs me about 150 fur the new ignition. 12 bucks fire a new key. It wasn't so bad, afterwards no problems. Thanks for the feedback. I hope you can get it repaired.

Dude I have been late to school, late to work multiple times. I replaced the ignition switch ($28) and it fixed it.

Still haven't a problem again. Works still. Cost me 140 . and they recommend getting new keys made.

I have been having the same problem! Now, as of today, my key is stuck in the "on" position and I cannot turn the key off or pull it out. Fortunately, I have a manual so I am able to pop the clutch to turn it off. I have a 2006 Saturn ION. I am so angry that GM is not standing behind their product. Now, what am I suppose to do? The budget is too tight for a costly repair!

That's what I was going to say. My Jetta did the same thing.
