Hey brother, I have been moving through adrenal fatigue and have seen you speak about your experience with adrenal fatigue and saunas. What is your recommendation for protocol to make things better and support recovery? I noticed it makes things worse and there is also resesrch saying a sauna will support

It says sauna recommendations, outdoor. What happened to the recommendations? Can you please tell what out door sauna you recommend? I watched the video a few times and he tells you what her question was, but neither one of you give an answer. Did I miss something?

Eh....researched for months and finally broke down and bought a Therasage 360. Sadly, it was a total piece of crap and I ended up sending it back in less than 2 weeks of ownership. It was very, very cheaply made--there were holes, rips, and the stitching was coming apart in several places. I would love to give the company the benefit of the doubt and believe that I got a lemon, but I can't bring myself to purchase another one after what I just went through. Is the Relax portable sauna higher quality and worth the extra $$$?
