Great video! Can I request a video around after closing upgrades that you might save some money on instead upgrading with a builder, but also what's the negative on doing so and what unknown cost u might run into? Example flooring on concrete slabs, painting cabinets, upgrades on faucets, backsplashes or lights, etc. Thanks for the videos!

Very good content but why in the world is the main circuit breaker located outside the home? Someone can come and shut everything down so they can break in and no alarm or cameras will be on? I notice that’s how it’s done in vegas. In Hawaii the breakers are inside the homes. At least the ones I’ve lived in

I’m a plumber from Canada and enjoy watching construction methods from other climates. I’m confused why the electrical panel is accessed outside. Why wouldn’t be inside the garage? Couldn’t someone break the lock and shut off all the power to the house including the security system?

Cracks in your stucco are not ok. They can become worse or allow water to enter behind the stucco. May also be an indication that the stucco layer is not thick enough.

The Master Bedroom (or Owner's Bedroom) usually has a transfer duct for return air back to the main A/C system in the attack (or wherever it is located). Other bedrooms may (like in this video) only have transfer grills which just returns the air from inside the room into the hallway outside the room, which pretty much allows someone standing out in the hallway to hear everything that is going on inside the room even if the door is closed. Since adults are sometimes doing things inside their Owner's Bedroom that they don't want their children to hear, that is why those rooms usually have transfer ducts instead of just transfer grills. Transfer grills are much cheaper than transfer ducts, and they provide very little privacy or sound isolation. Unfortunately, many builders are now using transfer grills to cut costs. I personally would not buy new home with transfer grills, and if transfer ducts are available as an option, I would pay extra for that.
