You cannot go wrong with these or other products in scale75 range. I have the full range of scale color and fantasy and game range 👌

After building Starships and so forth for so long I picked up these paints to use on some Lineage II Elf’s and so far so good. These paints are excellent (a wee bit pricey tbh but you get quality).

I use them through Airbrush, and I love the super matte finish for mechanical military sci fi models. Primarily Battletech.

Good call on using a glass bead, I do that for all my paints, found out the hard way that using a lead fishing weight reacts very badly with Vallejo paints. I'm really liking these new Scale 75 line and I'm eager to get some, love that they dry super flat!

I have ALL of their paints. love them. The fantasy and game series are much easier to mix. The formula is far better and the steam punk metallics are an absolute joy.

I've been trying to track these down locally to me but it seems more and more that I'll have to order them. I love how heavily pigmented they look and thick doesn't bother me at all. It just means the paint will go a bit further. Additionally, I like the extremely matte finish although maybe not for all applications.

Scale75 have ball bearing agitators on their web site. I agree having them really helps.

These look like great paints. Been looking at SS colors for my miniatures. Scale 75 looks great.

I´m using the Scale 75 for a few weeks now and i think they are simply the best acrylic paint out there. However, if i have to paint large units or even armies, i go back to use Vallejo Model Colour and use a much simpler tabletop standard painting style.

I've heard really mixed reviews on Scale 75, and it seems to favor one extreme or the other; the people who like them seem to really like them, and the people that hate them seem to really hate them. I've always found it a bit odd since there doesn't seem to be a happy medium, so to speak. I don't own any myself, though I have toyed around with the idea of picking up some of the sets just to give them a try. One thing which I found interesting, and which I never would have guessed before watching this video, is just how matte the paints dry. Personally I think it gives the miniatures a very different look, one which I would say seems a bit more realistic than your average acrylic paints, at least where matte surfaces/objects are concerned. I imagine this would be a bit of a hindrance if one were painting something which would otherwise be shiny/glossy, like a metal or crystal surface.

I own the non metalic metal kit and it realky is fantastic. Just ordered the gold. I can not recomend these paints enough for novice tonpro use. Really good.

A drop of satin varnish mixed in with the paint will help if you don't want the matte finish for some reason.

Good overview but shaking the bottle infront of the camera is a bit hard on the eyes. If they dry quickly then they would be best to use these paints on a wet palette.

Awesome paint had a go with the metal n alchemy set Metal. The guide with it is very informative. Have to drill the caps open 👍🏻👍🏻 very true about them being thick, but there are 4 in my set that are ultra fine pigments so are not thick... Going to use mine on the metals of my salamanders marines.

I much prefer the shininess of the vallejo paints but otherwise they look to be great paints.

Awesome review. I was wondering how much you thin these paints to base coat, and whether you've tried it over black primer as well as white? I've had some trouble using black primer because they're so translucent, and also finding the right base coat consistency. They seem to go from so thick they leave brush strokes, to so thin it takes 5-6 coats to fully cover, very quickly.

I would love to try this because they come with a little guide to paint but at 40$ for every small kit of 8 colors. It's just impossible to get into these without spending hundreds of dollars...

Scale 75 metallic copper and gold paints are the best! there leather and wood colours are great due to the matt nature. \lets not forget the ink set that stuff is mega great for colour enhancments. But bare a few other colours i was always use another brand as the coverage is really not very good when i can get the same colours with another brand this is my opinion but like i said certain paints/ sets are top notch

It looks like you're doing a series of reviews of Spanish paintings brands. That can be a full time job :). Have you tested scale 75 paintings with airbrush? I have heard that their metallic paints are excellent, but I could not try them personally. Oddly enough they are hard to find in the shops of my surroundings.

You should really check out there true metallic paints, they're hands down the best Metallics I've used

Do you still like these paints? what are your thoughts on them these many years later? and do you need to put agitators in the bottles?

What would be a good varnish on scale 75 (Gloss, Semi Gloss or satin) Since their paint are Matte, just wander if it kill the color of paint a lot. I have done any experiencing of varnishing on scale 75 paint?

Can you please tell me which manufacturer/supplier you got the Batman figure from? I'm seriously looking for such figures, but haven't seen that one before. Thanks Paul

wellll i look in to em with metal blads if you srcape the sids long the ege of the blade you get sharp look yes as if the blade has ben sharpen ed cool paint seet will see more ;;;;]]]

Are all those storage pieces a certain brand? I assume so as they all have the same mark on them.
