You want to drop back from standing into your wheel or your backbend? And maybe...just maybe you think you could stand back up? Lets work towards it!! I think I have a modification that may help you feel stronger & safer. I will also be posting a video of how to use the wall the support & deepen your backbend. Please be sure to:
Stretch the wrists, shoulders, hips & hip flexors & quads.
Also be aware of ANY: pain, pinching, tingling, or numbness. Stop. Back away. Counterpose & fold. Do not push the spine into compression.
Instead let your backbending practice develop through time, strength, awareness & continued practice.
