Greg Hatch always brings a real enthusiasm to his deck techs and they're always a blast to watch. You can tell that he's a man with a real love for the game.

Greg Hatch, good clean Magic. One of the best Rogue Brewers. An absolute gem, a "National Treasure" as Cedric Phillips/Patrick Sullivan called him. :P

What did he mean "Emrakuling yourself is not allowed"?

+Sheriff K Theres a deck called The Four Horsemen than infinitely mills yourself while you have Emrakul in your deck so you just keep resetting until you get a good deck order. This is seen as not affecting gamestate by the judges so you can't just keep doing it. Hatch is saying that if they have an Emrakul you can mill them a few times because judges don't usually see it very often
