I use a Boss Cube 10GX digital amplifier for these lessons and I use it for 99% of my electric band gigs - I highly recommend it: amazing bass response for such a small amp and it has a direct out to the PA - sounds like a Fender Princeton!

Nice! May I ask--I can see that you've sliced the dowel so that the part in the box will have a flat surface flush to the box lid. How far does the dowel extend inside the box? And do you have it glued or otherwise attached to the box lid? Or is it just held in place by the box lid being screwed shut and the tension of the strings? Thanks!
