Nice. The horn/strobe at the end looks like my 4903-9217 (probably is a 9217).

@Tabby266 The 4040 horn is an AC series horn; the 4010 panel is a DC system. The only way that is possible is if the old fire panel is still there and is tripped by the 4010 to sound the 4040 horns.

@SimplexTech Correction - after looking they are both zone indicator panels.

@TssCman123 It's one annunciator; one board is the control board (key switch, control functions like silince & reset) and the other is the zone indicator.

@SimplexTech Actually, i had the same occurrence in my old school...we had a system with 4030-2 horns in the old section and 4037 flush mount horns in the new section. They replaced the entire system with a new panel (it was in the janitor's room so i never saw the model number) and true alert horns. They removed the 4030-2s but kept the 4037 flush mount horns in the walls in the new section. They never did work again, and i presume to this day they are still there. i wish i could steal one...

@thesoulsekr It's probably a 4903-9219 (the -9217 has a 110-candela strobe and the -9219 has a 15-candela strobe).

@videogamer24385 4005 uses the same annunciator and we still install them

that made me sad to see htos 4602's at the end... was it for a 4002? or tied in with the 4005

In the first part I thought the horns were Simplex 2903-8198 vibrating horns. If I have the model # wrong please tell me. I'm still learning my fire alarms.

@SimplexTech can u tell me what that fire alarm is at the 0:48 seconds

@Tabby266 The old devices should have been removed when the old system was removed. That is a code requirement.

Were vibratone horns used in that system?

I wish those older horns would be replaced with TrueAlerts. Because they are old.
