That head teacher is so incredibly calm and supportive. To be able to reassure and support teachers in a difficult situation, support a family thats struggling, and to be able to say sometimes an education must take a hit and come second to more important things is so admirable.

Woow I loved that head teachers approach She was probably the only person that hugged that little girl like that and the little girls attitude changed 180 The headteacher shown compassion, care, her body language and approach was everything! That women is a strong women! What a credit to the country that there is a head teacher like her leading our generation to become proper prosperous working adults that know how to be great human beings like herself She’s teaching them life lessons ways to cope, that girl had so much going on, that teacher was trying to understand her feelings and took the time to listen which is probably all that little child wanted baring in mind they are kids they will act up and I just got to give it to that head teacher! What a boss women dealing with all those problems and still being a boss with good morals and supportive most importantly strong!

Linda and her brother, assuming (sorry for that) from their appereance and her Czech accent, are of Roma ethnicity, a minority in Czech often percieved as unconforming group where most of its members are uneducated or finished only the mandatory school part (6 to 15 years of age), this trend is however slowly positively progressing. Some families of this community migrated to UK with a vision of better life and quality inclusion in effort to move away from the stereotypical position they have among the Czech population. I'd say props to her mother for wanting better for her children, even if the transition and culture shock may be difficult. Sending Florian back to Czech is clearly a bad decision for his development, even though Czech education system is generally percieved to be very good, but I understand why such decision was necessary for the quality of the family's well-being.

Gah. Seeing her cry for her brother was so sad. I have a brother, he's younger by two years. I can't imagine if I was separated from him. I'd be pretty upset. Even now at 28, so I can't imagine at her age. She must miss him a lot.

Besides the fact that she got angry for her brother and stuck up for him even though he was wrong, it's impressive how despite being foreigners, she and her family intergated really well into the country, for example she speaks English well like a native English person.

Watching this always makes me wish my school had payed attention to my behaviour and looked into it further. I see now that I’m an adult I acted out as a cry for help as a teenager and things could’ve been so different if someone had picked up on as I didn’t realise myself.

Anti-snitching culture should be punished in schools. People who stay silent about people doing dangerous shit, especially kids doing dangerous shit are willingly allowing actions to take place that in the future, if repeated could cause lots of damage, weather damage to property or injury to other people. If you get angry at snitches, it's because you know you or someone you know is in the wrong, it's ignorance at it's highest level.

I’m in yr11 and there’s a big issue abt vaping, me included, but if some1 snitches even when the teachers ask they get bullied and a lot of the lads will even beat them up. I remember one kid got sent to hospital, so I think it’s just better if the teachers don’t ask student, putting them in danger from other student, and just try to figure it out themselves
