That was a lot better than buying podzol from wandering traders, but those were still two-player farms. And they required crafting. Doable, but not exactly practical.

That's for the same reason that you don't pronounce the ll in "tortilla", but say "tortiya". That problem doesn't exist in German, btw - we just drop the second L and skip the entire argument about a potential Spanish pronunciation.

Encase anyone was wondering why this is, most languages pronounce double l as y. Ilmango is german I believe and as such probably believes that's how it's pronounced.

@@TemphinFD That's actually very wrong, German is very literal in pronunciations. Double consonants only somewhat affect preceding vowels and are not a thing at the start of a word. He also specifically said he uses the Spanish pronunciation of "llama", similar to how people say "tortilla".

To reduce lag, when hoppers have something they can pull from such as a composter (or in the past furnaces were commonly used) they don't perform the checks for items on the ground above them, and so it really helps with hopper heavy farm performance.
