There are a huge variety of Indian superdrinks that are made in different regions of our country. These drinks are region specific, weather specific which makes them extremely healthy and nourishing. This video features recipes for 3 such Indian superdrinks that you must try. These drinks are from different parts of India, they are easy to make along with being healthy and nutritious. Happy to see this generation bringing back the good old ideas of a healthy lifestyle Nature n science together very well explain Ed. Good old people had logic in whatever they did. Thanks for sharing recipe s Chaas we drink Thandai sometimes But I'll try rasam it's yummy.. 👍👍 There r many other regional drinks..

Thank you for sharing about these 3 super drinks . In South we use ragi ( finger millet )flour for making ragi ambali which is super cooling effect in summer.

One more drink which is good is sattu drink.. sattu mixed with zeera powder, rock salt, lemon and water... It tastes awesome and has fibre and cooling effect

The rasam looks like it might be good run thru a blender. I really like tomato juice and vegetable juice, rasam looks good!

These drinks are really good! Thank you! Some variations and additional drinks as we were growing up. - for the chaas, the non-sweet version with ginger, cumin seeds, and cilantro leaves. - for the rasam, I use little or no tomatoes since there is the tamarind juice or lime juice. Drumsticks when available, and curry leaves, red or green chillies. - the liquid floating in fermented rice in earthen pot, known as taravani annam in telugu, a summer cooling probiotic drink. Another popular drink the sugarcane juice, can be with lime and ginger. - on medicated drinks, for excess kapha congestion, 1/2 tsp peppercorn powder, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup water. Boil till a 1/4th cup is evaporated. Variants turmeric and sonthi (powdered dry ginger)

I make this drink quite often : Pulse a few leaves of mint with a piece of ginger in a mixie jar , add jaggery , lemon juice and a pinch of cardamom powder and water to it. Filter it , and drink it.

I love all your videos.. but I’m transitioning to plant based food.. so no dairy products 😊 My superfood drink is simply coconut water and/or ash-gourd juice 😀

I love your poses. Unfortunately, there are ads during the beginning of standing poses. Just the ones that transition from the cat cow pose to standing poses. I am just curious what I am missing. Thank you I am just starting and have a lot of back and knee pain. Your videos are wonderful ❤

Simple recipes and well explained. Suggestions: (1) store the recipe in writing and make available in some form for a download. One can always write it down but nothing like having direct access to your script. (2) I have an original recipe for a plant based super drink drink; shall share in comments and you can try and convert to a video if suitable. 🙏

How can you say chaas is lactose free, when it contains yoghurt, a dairy product?!

The lactose in milk is converted to lactic acid during the process of yogurt formation, hence lactose free!
