Sir, I have seen, in many including me, that when one goes to a sitting position from standing there comes a clicking sound from ones’ knees, some times a single sound and multiple at other. I have experienced this sound from many years, but it was not painful. But recently I have seen that it is becoming a little uncomfortable and it has starting paining a bit, in the knee part, while sitting in a cross legged position. Will you advice me on this sir, I will be very grateful.

Sir i feel one side of my trunk more forward than the other, and also i feel some hip drop. I feel imbalance around my pelvis and find it uneasy while running. I also have disc bulges and foraminal stenosis. Sir is this thing related with disc bulge and stenosis?

You just need to perform exercises for this. Because only angle greater than 45 degrees needs surgery, angles below 45 can be treated conservatively with braces and exercises

Sir, I am 49years old my xray report says scoliotic deformity in the lower dorsal and upper lumbar spine with concavity towards left. My left shoulder is higher than the right side so I have pain on my left side rib cage and my left hip is lower than the right side. So I have pain on my right side hips. What type of scoliosis is it?
