Morikawa now passes the eye test and Scottie earned some street cred. Not Tiger level yet but a good start.

Great podcast guys. What a day. You can’t make this stuff up. Feel bad for Scottie but this will pass. Thoughts and prayers to the loss of a life for someone who just wanted to watch a major championship.

That was beautifully stated. I agree. I think Scottie is still numb right now. If you caught his exit press it looked like to me (aint no doctor) he was going to have a panic attack any minute. I was surprised he is still in this field. He went -5 today -9 overall. Hell I thought a top 10 finish after taking off a month to welcome his son Bennett would be great.

I quite like Morikawa at this stage at 6 to 1. Rahm and Fitzpatrick both missing the cut doesnt surprise me. Burmester and Herbert have bought their LIV form and are doing OK. I like Benny An to overtake Tom Kim for top Korean. Of course the big interest is Scheffler, shocking news of his arrest. A lot hapenning in his life in the last couple of weeks.

The chasing pack had 2 go lower in round 2, just like Xander they'll have 2 back it up again in rd 3....and just like Xander today that won't b so easy....
