Even ones like “escape with no mither and no other perks” aren’t fun. I did not have any fun escaping with just No Mither. Even with a tanky toolbox it just was slow and painful.

@@therealhussein It worked in any instance you would get the "Killer Grasp Rescue" score event.

The original WGLF didn't work on saves of any kinds. It was only hook rescues and protection hits originally.

@@maverick_os In 1.7.0 it did, but as someone who used it for like, 7 months straight with its 2.7.0 and 4.3.0 version, I can 100% tell you that all they did was change the description.

You can actually turn off VSync in the game files and change your Skill Check button to your mouse button. VSync adds delay afaik and the mouse buttons generally come with less delay that keyboard buttons. I hit skill checks with M2 for example. You also control everything with 1 hand rather than both.

@@mrdardon3463 yeah, I tried that, but I have to re-learn everything again, so I just decided to live with it till I get a better keyboard. Also it's not v-sync bc when I changed keybinds there was no delay.

Fair point, but I'd say it's a bit hypocritical to talk shit about your teammates while also playing bad on purpose. Also I don't think Scott considers what he did to be throwing, I think he genuinely thought 9% repair speed was more valuable than an 8 second heal.

I found that whole thing a bit weird coming from the guy who intentionally threw tons of games for challenges, but... I guess it's cool because those were funny? Like I don't even care that he denied someone's We'll Make It in favor of Resilience + This Is Not Happening, it's just how weirdly annoyed he seemed about his "shitty useless teammate" whose crime was... wanting to get a fast, efficient heal.

@@ScottJund yes, after you were already complaining about her. Your later complaints are more understandable, but I still think the whole mindset is weird. Especially since I think it was the wrong call, you could have been healed up and on the gen together and probably been finished as fast, but you focused on perk value when it just meant you went down easier later for at best a minor gain. Edit: It just occurred to me you could have let Nancy 99 your heal and still gotten your resilience value. She might have still been shitty but odds are she would have realized what you were doing instead of thinking you're just being dumb for no reason.

doing challenges is fine just don't throw the game just to do them, I'm more than sure you can get the healing challenge done in a reasonable amount of games without needing to throw games

No, it was mostly whiny melodramatic survivor mains throwing a hissy fit after the patch that they need skill to play now trying out killer and finding out it's still more difficult so they have up and ran back to survivor, so queue times have stabilized pretty close to pre-patch level now.

Yes they are still bad. This morning my queues were somewhere between 5-10 mins long. Not awful but still had to find something to do while I waited.
