I did a lot of mock drafts and I took McCormack on almost half of them. Since McCormack played mostly on the left side in college he may take more snaps on the right side to get more accustomed to it I agree he should be the main backup to 3 inside spots

Agreed Bryan, I will add this. If James Daniels isn't on his A game... McCormick is right behind him pushing for his spot as well...

All this talk of dime makes me think about the Run and Shoot and how it was the most difficult to defend when teams had a big physical back with a physical Oline to take advantage of the lighter box.

Thinking about what your saying about George, like when steelers play the jets Sauce has the potential to shut down a guy like George, definitely need him to step up big this year if he can get taken away with one corner Steelers will struggle big on offense. That's not even him getting hurt .

Matt you mentioned Lester Hayes along with Mel Blount so you clearly remember Hayes, i know this is a Steelers show but my goodness can you give me an explanation why Lester Hayes is not in the HOF?

It makes lots of sense to have new guy McCormick get work at guard...and center. Nate Herbig, I believe, got some work at RG last season. So McCormick getting some reps at LG and C would create depth for the interior line.

I think all of us was wrong on the draft in 3 offensive lineman some said 2 wide receivers I said 2 corner backs

I know this has nothing to do with this conversation, but i still look at JPJ as a first round pick he was the 32nd pick overall the NFL calling the 32nd pick a 2nd rounder is like changing a definition in a dictionary for 1 specific reason and imediatly changing it back after they get the result they wanted!

You continue to Underrated and Disrespect Steeler players Bro! Pat Fryemuth is a Elite Capable Tight end!! Not his daukt he's been underutilized!🤷🏾‍♂️ he wholeheartedly can be our number 2! And don't sut here and tell us that George Pick😂ens is not the Most Talented Wide Reciver in the NFL.. to say he is just good is ridiculous, another example of poor play calling and terrible quarterback play!! In the right Circumstances GP could be the best Reciver in Football!! Get it together Williamson!!

Have a lot of Respect for Matt he one of my favorite Steeler beat guy's but his ass not perfect I know a little something about Football myself it's OK to think for yourself especially when you don't agree so stop kissing folks azz!!
