In WW2 the Bismarck did sink the hood, after this though, the king George v immediately retreated, as the ships was new, it had many onboard errors, also it has 4 barrel per cannon. not only but the Rodney had all 3 cannons on its front, each had 3 barrels. Sadly, the Bismarck's double barreled 15-inch cannons sunk great Britain's navel pride; The HMS hood. The Nazi's superweapon, along with its older sister, the Tirpitz, were destroyed by the allied forces in WW2, the Bismarck was destroyed when the HMS Dorsetshire hit it with 3 torpedoes. The Tirpitz was sunk by the allied force's bombers.
