虽然现在人们的生活水平提高了,大鱼大肉也不再是只有逢年过节才能吃到,
吃腻了大鱼大肉时，倘若你想换换口味，
今天auntie Liew 给大家带来的是一道“素味传统古老炒菜”，
这是一道非常好看、营养丰富，做法简单，
吃素的可以不要放烧肉，就是一道不错的素菜做法
第一道菜
Scramble Egg With Dried Scallop 黄金宝贝
材料: Ingredients:
100克豆芽/芽菜 - 100g bean sprouts
三片腐竹（要浸泡烧水大概5分钟）- 3 slices bean curd skin( soak boiling water for 5 minutes）
适量的干贝 - Proper Amount of scallop
少许葱 - dash of green onion
三粒鸡蛋 - 3 eggs
2 汤匙芝麻油 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
2 汤匙花雕酒 - 2 tbsp Huadiao wine
第二道菜
韭菜花炒豆干 - Stir-Fried Chive Flowers With Taukuah
材料: Ingredients:
300克韭菜花- 300g chive flowers
一块豆腐干 - 1 blocks dried tofu
少许姜丝 - dash of Shredded ginger
3粒蒜米 - 3 pcs garlic
一条红辣椒 - 1 red chili
少许烧肉/猪肉 - dash of pork
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许酱油 - dash of soy sauce
少许糖 - dash of sugar
1茶匙玉米粉(勾芡) - 1 tsp corn flour (for Thickening)
