Tarzan uses the simplest recipe for porcini mushrooms but a complicated French way to cook scrambled eggs 🤣
Step 1
Use brush to gently clean surface of porcini mushrooms, wipe with wet paper towel; ; separate head and stem, use brush to clean the inside of head, scrape the stem gently with knife, cover with paper towel.
Step 2
Cut butter into cubes and put in refrigerator, slice porcini, mince garlic.
Step 3
Heat oil and fry porcini mushrooms in high heat until fragrant, lower heat and add minced garlic, turn heat off and add a bit of salt, combine and serve on plate.
Step 4
Crack 4 eggs, whisk well and pour into pan, fry in low heat, remove from heat when eggs starts to thicken, add 4 butter cubes and stir until melted, return to low heat, repeat 2 times until eggs are set into curds. Serve on plate.
