The actual midterm questions, 1. List and discuss the Intolerable Acts of 1774. 2. Discuss the 4 steps taken by the Second Continental Congress. 3. Describe 2 strengths and 3 weaknesses of The Articles of Confederation. The Grades: Kelly: C- Lisa: D+ Jessie: B Screech: A Zack: F- Slater’s grade is not mentioned but when he sees his grade, he looks happy with it.

At 2:33, Zack is making plans to go to the race track to bet on horse races. Now in real-life, Zack would not be able to do that because it's against the law to bet on horse races or even go to them(by yourself) if you're under 21.
